The 162nd Fighter Wing's Supervisor Mentoring 101 Program is a leadership development program designed to provide a series of presentations that will enhance knowledge and assist supervisors and up-and-coming supervisors. Members must have immediate supervisor approval to attend. If you are interested in a presentation, email Chief Master Sgt.
